Terms of Service
Effective July 14, 2026
Omnicrafter (“the game”, “we”) is a browser-based crafting card game at omnicrafter.io. By playing, you agree to these terms. The short version: be decent, don’t cheat, coins aren’t money, and this is a small independent game run in good faith.
1. Who can play
- Anyone can play as a guest. You must be 13 or older to create or secure a persistent account. If we learn an account holder is under 13, we will delete the account and its data.
- Purchases require that you are 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
2. House rules
- Be decent. This is a shared world with real people in it.
- No abusive, hateful, or otherwise nasty usernames or content.
- No botting, scraping, exploiting bugs for advantage, farming ad rewards with automation, or attacking the service. We enforce rate limits and daily budgets; attempting to evade them is a ban.
- We may moderate, rename, or remove content — and suspend or ban accounts — to keep the place friendly and the game fair.
- Guest accounts may be purged after a long stretch of inactivity.
3. Your cards and content
- Card names, art, and lore are generated by AI models the moment an item is first crafted, then fixed. “Ownership” of a card, serial, or first discovery is a gameplay concept inside this game — it is not property, a token, or anything redeemable outside the game.
- We may fix, rename, or re-draw cards (e.g. moderation, art pipeline changes) without notice.
4. Coins and purchases
- Coins are a virtual currency with no cash value. They exist only inside Omnicrafter, can’t be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, and are a limited, revocable license to use a game feature — not property.
- Coin packs are sold through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
- Coins are delivered to your account immediately after payment. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal that depends on delivery not having begun (e.g. the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off right for digital content).
- All purchases are final. We don’t offer refunds for spent coins or a change of heart, except where the law requires or when a technical fault on our side meant you didn’t get what you paid for — in that case, contact us (see below) and we’ll make it right.
- Unspent coins may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if entirely unused.
- Prices, pack sizes, and the cosmetics catalog can change at any time. Coins attached to a banned account, or an account deleted by its owner, are forfeited.
5. Rewarded ads
- The game may offer optional short ads in exchange for extra daily discovery budget. Watching is always optional — the free game never requires it.
- Ads are served by third-party networks (currently Google). Their measurement of a “completed view” plus our own timers decide whether a reward is granted; automating or spoofing ad views forfeits rewards and may get the account banned.
- Ad availability, reward sizes, and daily limits can change at any time.
6. The service
- Omnicrafter is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Things may break, resets may happen, cards may occasionally do something strange.
- We may change, suspend, or shut down the game (or any feature) at any time. If we ever shut down for good, we’ll try to give notice, but virtual coins and cards have no redeemable value either way.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes and contact
- We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
- Questions, refund requests, or problems: use the feedback link in the lobby footer — every note goes straight to the person who runs this.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
